Note: Customized or made-to-order items are non-refundable unless they are defective or damaged.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method. For cash transactions, refunds will be processed via bank transfer or store credit, as agreed upon with the customer.

6. Shipping Costs

• If the refund is due to our error (e.g., wrong or defective product), we will cover the return shipping costs.
• In other cases, return shipping costs will be the customer’s responsibility.
